If you are creating a new website with Brandz 13, we will assist with branding, logo design and print collateral design to complement your overall marketing strategy. Your website is a powerful marketing tool and is one part of a multifaceted approach to promoting your business. We'll talk with you about your print and social media marketing as well.
FIRST MEETING
At our first website design meeting, please bring the following:
• Any existing branding, graphics, and print collateral that you want reflect in the new website design
• Photos preferably on CD that you might want to include
• Copy that you wish to include if you have it
• Links to sites that you like and what you like about them
• A brief list of phrases that you imagine someone putting into a search engine having your site coming up at the top
• Anything else that helps us understand your vision for your website
• Information about your domain name registration if you have one
• Links to your social media accounts
These can all be in preliminary states, but this will help Brandz 13 to determine the exact quote that we can offer you on your project. We will also discuss payment options at this time.
WHAT'S NEXT
• Brandz 13 will then propose a cost for the work to be done.
• With your agreement on cost, Brandz 13 will provide you with a detailed written proposal
• Both Brandz 13 and you, the client, will agree on the work outlined in the proposal as the work to be done at the proposed cost
• All content to be included in the new website must be in our hands for the work to begin along with an agreed upon deposit
• Within 7 - 10 working days, Brandz 13 will provide you with several design mock-ups for your comments & approval. You might choose some elements from each design and Brandz 13 will synthesize these in a final mockup for your approval
• Once the design is approved, the building of the site will begin.
Brandz 13 will provide an estimated time to complete your new website.
Brandz 13 will maintain your HTML site at our current monthly rate.
In the case that your domain name is pointing to another server, Brandz 13 will assist in every way to point your domain to our server.
We will recommend helpful sites that you can exchange links with. Brandz 13 will add your site to the Brandz 13.com for free and feature it on the homepage for up to 1 month.
Some of the additional features that may be included in your new site are:
• newsletter subscribe/unsubscribe
• email list management
• easy to update photo slide shows
Brandz 13 will instruct you on the use and maintenance of these features.
